Personal Software Process (PSP)

This two-week course consists of two one-week sessions: Planning and Quality session. Teaches software engineers the principles and the concepts of a process-based approach for developing software. Students learn how to plan, measure and analyze their own software processes. Students use the process data to improve their individual software development performance. Individual analysis, planning, development, and maintenance of a software product or development artifact, using principles and practices the Personal Software Process. Analysis of project lessons learned.

Prerequisites

The Instructor

Doug Vucevic retired (1993) software developer from IBM Development Lab in Toronto. Since his retirement from IBM, Doug has been acting as a principal consultant, to large corporations in Southern Ontario and USA.
