Dr. Jay Griesser
Dr. Griesser' is the Director of Information and Technology for the US Department of
Defense Finance and Accounting Services in Cleveland, Ohio. He has managed
systems development and maintenance efforts, IT outsourcing engagements and systems deployment projects.
He is PMI certified, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
His doctorate degree is in Business Administration with a concentration in Cognate Field -
Information Technology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Griesser is also an adjunct professor at Central Michigan University.
He is the receipent of Kerzner Award
for demonstration of significant
contributions and continual commitment to the project management profession, advancing project management
concepts, practices, and techniques.
He has published many project management essays and delivered presentations on project
management topics.
